She also holds the certification for Hogan Assessment evaluation tools, Leadership Versatility Index and is an accredited trainer by ANC. Among her expertise fields there are: executive coaching, team coaching, life coaching. The professional experience of Magda starts from software development (a childhood passion), management and organizational development.
